Free Shipping is for the continuous 48 states of USA. 

We usually ship your order from manufacturer and are generally shipped within 48 hours.  Deliveries usually arrive within 5 to 7 days (Monday to Friday) based on your location within USA.

For international deliveries as well as Alaska and Hawaii, please email or call us.  Let us know what product you would like to order as well as your shipping address.   We will respond to your e-mail during normal business hours M-F 9am-5pm PST with the necessary shipping charge. We try to offer alternative shipping methods if possible. For some items we have no choice in shipping carriers.
