Cancellations:
We aim to process your order as
quickly as possible and in a timely manner. If you decide
you need to cancel your order, please do so by calling our
toll-free number or email us at orders@yourpetdoors.com the same day the order placement was made, as we ship quickly.
Returns:

YourPetDoors.com, we pride ourselves in providing only quality equipment.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item
subject to the following return policy

All returns must
have a Return Authorization Number (please call or email). No returns
will be accepted without receiving prior return authorization.

All returned items
must arrive in a like-new, re-sellable condition. This items must be in the original
packaging and must contain all hardware and documentation (including
instruction and warranty cards)

Partial returns
and/or damages will NOT receive
a full credit. Items damaged through "wear and tear" or due to
return shipping damage will receive PARTIAL or NO CREDIT.

Returned items
will incur a 30% percent restocking fee.
·
Please return your
product with "Signature
Required" and insured for your purchase amount, as
we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit. All Fees and
Shipping costs associated with returned items are paid by customer. We DO NOT accept returns that are
sent COD.

Full refunds DO NOT include the original
shipping cost for items sent to customer.

Please allow 7-10
days for your return to be delivered & inspected and for accounting
to issue your credit.

Call Tags will
only be issued for items that arrive damaged or for shipping errors.
Refused
Orders
Should you decide that you wish to
refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or common
carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the
item, minus shipping charges and minus a 30% restocking fee. The credit
will be issued once the item has been returned to us and after inspection
by our return specialists. |
